"Glad to be shown I was mistaken"
To be honest, I had my doubts about this brand and the quality of their bottles. I'm thrilled to report that I was mistaken; they’re fantastic!! The design of the bottle is lovely, it feels solid, and the price is just right. I couldn't be more pleased and will surely use them again down the line.

Honestly was a bit dubious on this company and quality of bottles. I’m happy to say I’ve been proved wrong and they are amazing!! Lovely bottle design, sturdy, good price. Couldn’t be more happy, will definitely use in future

I really appreciate ProWorks, especially Nicki, for the fantastic service I got this week. After I asked about fixing my broken travel mug, Nicki sent me a surprise replacement part. Honestly, it’s the best mug I’ve ever owned, and it was just my fault that a part broke after using it daily for 2 years! I was totally taken aback when it showed up in the mail. Nicki was incredibly helpful, and the quality of the product is so great that I’m definitely sticking with this brand.

Thank you to ProWorks and especially Nicki for the wonderful service I received this week.
Nicki sent me a surprise replacement part after I enquired if I could fix my broken travel mug. It’s the best one I’ve ever had and it was totally user error that snapped a part, after daily use for 2 years!
I was so surprised to receive it in the post.
Nicki could not have been more helpful and the product I have is such good quality that I will always stick with this brand.

"Where's My Package?"
The website is a mess. I can't seem to connect to track my request, and I've tried countless times. I'm completely in the dark about my order and have no clue when it might show up. Plus, it was meant to be delivered in roughly 7-10 days. I ordered it on February 1st, and here we are on the 15th, still no sign of my package. It's really frustrating!

The web is horrible. I cannot join to follow my demand and I try it so many times. I don’t know where is my demand and I have no idea when I will get the order.

"The new lids showed up faster than I thought..."
The new lids showed up faster than I thought, which was great. But my daughter got a new bottle for Christmas, and the lids get dents just from bumping into the table. We really like the bottles, just a bit unsure about the lids, so we ended up ordering 2 replacements.
